All applications submitted for open roles are listed here. Users with appropriate HR support access can:

Once an applicant is Shortlisted, the system enables comprehensive interview management:
- π₯ Multiple Interviewers - Select one or more interviewers
- π₯ Position - Select position of applicant like director, principal, HOD, Professor etc.
- β° Flexible Date - Configure interview schedules and details
- π§ Email Notifications - Email alerts to candidates and interviewers can be sent
- π Interview Details - Add location, format, and special requirements
π 3. Interview Feedback
After the interview is conducted:
- π¨βπΌ Individual Feedback - Each interviewer submits detailed remarks
- π¬ HR Comments - Additional notes and evaluation management
- π Cumulative Assessment - Combined feedback for final decisions

Upon successful completion of the interview process and selection:

π€ 5. Recruitment and Onboarding
After the job offer is accepted:
π Recruitment Process:
- β Initiate Recruitment - Click the β+β icon in Recruitment section
- π Employee Form - Capture all necessary employee details:
- π€ Personal Information
- π’ Department Assignment
- πΌ Designation/Role
- π Employment Details
- β Completion - Upon submission, recruitment is marked complete
- π Onboarding - Employee is officially onboarded into the organization
π’ More Information: Employee Approval & Login Post-Recruitment
Once the recruitment process is complete, the new employee will appear in the Employee Master section of HR Support, highlighted in red for easy identification.
π Steps for Employee Approval and Login Enablement:

π₯ User Creation:
- An authorized user with access to Employee Master must initiate user creation for the new employee.
- Select the appropriate role for the employee and confirm by clicking OK.

π Contract Code Assignment:
- Click on Add Contract Code for the employee.
- Enter the contract code and submit the form.

π₯οΈ System Visibility:
- Upon successful user creation, the employee will be listed in the User Creation section under the Root Master menu in the Institute module.
- The employee can now log in to the system.

β Final Approval:
- Once the contract code is assigned, authorized personnel under the New Staff Approver submenu (within the Approver menu) can view the employee entry.
- Approve the employee contract to finalize the process.

π Completion:
- After approval, the employeeβs entry in Employee Master will no longer be highlighted in red, indicating successful onboarding and activation.
